How much will I get?
Depends on the model. Model Y and Model 3 get 1,000 km of free Supercharging. Model S, Model X and Cybertruck get 5,000 NOK off the car. Both register automatically when you click the link before ordering.
Why does the benefit vary by model?
Model Y and Model 3 are Tesla's best-sellers, so charging credit makes sense to keep drivers on the Supercharger network. On the higher-priced models, cash off is more relevant because the base price is so much higher.
Do I need to enter a code?
No. Click the link, sign in to your Tesla account, and the rest happens automatically. No code, no back-and-forth with Tesla.
Does it cost anything extra?
No. The car costs the same whether you use the link or not. You just get free charging or a discount on top. Tesla pays for it.
I've owned a Tesla before. Can I still use the link?
Yes. Previous owners get a loyalty benefit instead of the standard referral bonus. The process is identical.
Can I use the link after reserving the car?
Usually yes — as long as you haven't signed the final purchase agreement. Click the link and sign in before paying the order fee. Once the order's confirmed and paid, the code's locked out.
Does the benefit apply to used Tesla or business orders?
No. Used cars, business orders, and cars bought for taxi or rental use are out. The benefit applies only to private purchases of new cars directly from Tesla.
When do I get the Supercharging km?
The 1,000 km credit lands on your Tesla account a few days after delivery. Check the balance in the Tesla app under Charging → Loyalty. Valid for 12 months from assignment.
How is the 5,000 NOK discount applied?
The amount comes off the invoice the moment you order Model S, Model X or Cybertruck. You see it in the order summary before paying the order fee.
What if I don't use a referral?
You pay full price and lose both the charging credit and the cash discount. No penalty — just a benefit you skipped that would have cost you nothing to use.
